I joined BCG Expand after working in the Transaction Banking division at Citibank. Moving wasn’t originally on my mind, but learning about Expand’s growth trajectory and speaking with the CMFO team made the decision an easy one. I was particularly excited about the chance to build on my experience and learn from colleagues with decades of expertise in this field.
Since joining, my role has been both dynamic and rewarding. I split my time between developing new Transaction Banking data assets, commercializing our Corporate Banking offerings, and supporting on case work. I’ve also had the chance to collaborate directly with senior leaders across banks on pressing growth topics — experiences that have sharpened my commercial awareness and strengthened my ability to communicate as a trusted advisor.
What I enjoy most is that no two days look the same. From diving into data for client engagements to working alongside BCG teams on tailored pitches, the variety keeps me engaged and constantly learning. A highlight was the annual sports day, just a month after I joined — a great way to bond with colleagues over shared interests like tennis and baseball.
