Before joining BCG Expand, I worked in business development and client success at a company providing alternative data and market intelligence solutions. That experience sparked my passion for data-driven insights and showed me how clients use them to shape strategy. I was drawn to BCG Expand’s unique combination of strategic advisory and proprietary benchmarking, and the chance to join a growing specialty group within one of the world’s most respected consultancies felt like a natural next step.

Since joining, I’ve built a role in the NAMR business development team, supporting our growth across BCG casework and direct-to-client engagements. My work spans mapping relationships with BCG Managing Directors and Partners, driving sales calls and outreach in priority practice areas, and collaborating internally to embed our capabilities. I’ve also contributed to impactful initiatives — from advancing the EDCI benchmarking project into a commercially viable service with a global community of GPs and LPs, to helping shape the Agency Fees Benchmark and turning early research into a tangible client product.

What sets BCG Expand apart for me is the combination of professional growth and collaborative culture. Exposure to senior leadership and access to training resources have accelerated my development, while opportunities like our Global Offsite in London have allowed me to build meaningful international connections.
