Product Technology Intern

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Technology Intern to help us create and maintain high-quality documentation for the products we’ve built using technologies like React, Python, Airflow, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.

This 2-month internship is based in Gurugram, India (On-site / Hybrid), with a potential immediate start. The role is paid (stipend TBD for in-person).

As part of our product and engineering team, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our internal and external documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new and existing features.
Document product workflows, APIs, architecture, data pipelines, and deployment processes.
Create user guides, technical documentation, FAQs, and release notes.
Standardize and structure documentation for easy consumption by technical and non-technical users.
Continuously update documentation based on feedback and product changes.
Ensure documentation aligns with the company’s tone, style, and branding.

Preferred Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development and data engineering concepts.
Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: React, Python, Airflow, SQL, Snowflake, AWS & Azure.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly.
Experience using documentation tools like Markdown, Confluence, Git, or similar.
