Kelan Rankin

Kelan is Head of HR at BCG Expand, where he leads the firm’s people agenda, driving talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, and cultural development in support of business performance.
He brings extensive experience as a senior HR leader within global financial institutions. Before joining BCG Expand, Kelan spent over seven years at UniCredit, most recently as Head of People & Culture for the UK and a member of the UK Executive Committee. In this role, he led large-scale transformation initiatives, including a major programme delivering significant cost efficiencies, and oversaw all aspects of workforce strategy, including organisational design, compensation, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
