Andrew is COO and subject matter expert at Expand. With nearly a decade of experience in benchmarking Financial Institutions, he is well-versed in Expand’s product suite. Andrew is responsible for running Expand’s Technology & Operations Forums and managing several EMEA relationships. Throughout his career, he has held various key roles such as leading Banking and Capital Markets Research and Benchmarking, Head of Data and Analytics, Head of Technology Benchmarking, and Head of Expand’s IT Effectiveness Benchmark. Additionally, Andrew played a pivotal role in establishing and leading Expand’s Digital and Agile Benchmarking practices.
