Aldo is a Partner and Global Head of Retail Banking. He brings over 20 years of experience working with financial institutions globally on performance improvement, analytics solutions, and benchmarking platforms.
He has deep expertise in retail banking performance benchmarking, data-driven insight products, and commercial strategy. Prior to rejoining the firm, Aldo held leadership roles at BCG and McKinsey, where he built and scaled benchmarking and analytics offerings for retail banking. In his current role, he works closely with the broader BCG Banking Practice to strengthen the commercial positioning of the retail banking product suite and expand the impact of data-driven insights across global institutions.
