After more than 8 years, David H. Lefferts, Partner and Head of Americas, is leaving BCG Expand. Over that time he built the team and grew our business, while leading our Asset & Wealth Management, Climate & Sustainability and Risk & Compliance practices globally.
Dave reflected: “It’s been a privilege to build this chapter of BCG Expand with such a great team, and I have no doubt the next phase will be even better. Leaving is bitter-sweet — but I’m genuinely excited for what’s ahead for this exceptional business. I’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines.”

Youssef Intabli, Head of Wealth Management and Global Equities, will assume additional responsibility for Asset Management. Youssef added: “Dave laid the groundwork for our Asset Management practice, and we are grateful for his leadership. We are excited to grow our product offering and client franchise from here, with strong new SME talent joining from leading asset managers.”
